Video-learning consists in creating an interactive learning tool on DVD. We film problematic company situations enacted by professional actors.

For each situation, 3 to 4 types of response are proposed so that participants can identify with the situation depicted, and choose how to deal with it effectively via a discussion/debate chaired by a trainer.

This is an original, lifelike tool that makes it possible to simultaneously deal with large sections of the population concerned.
